The content is based on the motif of Halloween, a large-scale event held on Rokko Island, and Mt. Rokko in autumn, allowing visitors to enjoy the attractive autumn in Kobe on a large screen.

In case of rain, there will be no live performances by artists in the town and no kitchen cars, but projection mapping will be performed as scheduled. In case of cancellation of the live performances by artists and kitchen car stalls in the city, it will be announced on the official Kobe City event website.
