Kobe City: To the School Bullying Problem Countermeasure Committee in Serious Bullying Situations

　According to the “Kobe City Basic Policy on Bullying Prevention, etc.,” when an outside expert (third party) is included in a school’s in-school bullying task force committee, the position and name of the third party will be announced before the investigation begins. The following cases are subject to the third-party investigation.
