Strawberry” Sweets Buffet Expressing the World of Princesses in Kobe

The strawberry sweets buffet “PEARL STRAWBERRY PRINCESS” will be offered at Kobe Portopia Hotel (Chuo-ku, Kobe) from January 14, 2012.

With “pearls” as the key point, guests can enjoy photogenic strawberry sweets and savories that express the “glittering world of princesses”.

The “Pearl Princess Chocolate Parfait” will be served as a welcome sweet, inspired by a princess’s dress with pearls as the motif.

The “Glamorous Princess” sweets are glamorous and cute with an image of a princess with a strong core and a strong heart, such as the “Pêche Vigne and Vanilla Mousse” in a gorgeous shiny pink color and the “Berry Sachertorte” in a pink and black color scheme. The glamorous and cute adult sweets are inspired by the image of a princess with a “strong core” and a “strong heart.
Not only sweets, but also all-you-can-eat domestic fresh strawberries! In addition to fresh strawberries imported from all over Japan, you can also enjoy “dressed-up strawberries” coated with chocolate.
