| Target participants | Students who wish to find or change jobs, and students who will graduate from universities, etc. in March 2023 [Reference] Participants in the same event held in October 2022: Students: approx. 30%, 20-30s: approx. 50%, 40s and over: approx. 20% *Differences in the timing of the event may result in different participants from those attending the current event. |

| Pre-seminars | Recruitment support seminars will be held for participating companies to inform them of PR points that will resonate with job seekers in job postings and at joint corporate information sessions. (Scheduled for December 20 online. Details will be announced separately when you are notified of your selection.) |
