N・E・O festival” means “New Earth Our” in Japanese. The event was planned to provide an opportunity for Kobe Marui staff and customers to think about happiness and make the present and future happy.
During the event, customers who use their Epos cards at participating stores will receive double Epos points.
In addition, from February 10 to 26, a “Thank You Gacha” will be held prior to the N・E・O festival. The proceeds will be donated to the Kobe City Council of Social Welfare’s “Children’s Placemaking Project” for the 100 yen gacha.

We hope that while visitors enjoy shopping, they will experience that “what I like is actually friendly to the earth and people” and think about what they can do to help create a sustainable society. <A word from the reporter>
I hope this event will give people a chance to think about “things that are friendly to the earth and people” through shopping. The “Thank You Gacha” donated to the children of Kobe is a wonderful and fun way to support the children of Kobe.
