We are looking for representative staff to participate in the planning and operation of the “Kobe City Hatachi Celebration” to be held on January 8, 2024 (Monday, national holiday). We welcome applications from those who wish to participate in planning the program of the ceremony, assisting the MC on the day of the event, and other production duties.
1. Subject of application
In principle, those born between April 2, 2003 and April 1, 2004, and residing in Kobe City.
Number of applicants
About 10 people (If there are too many applicants, they will be selected by lottery. The result of the lottery will be announced in early August.)
Application period
From Wednesday, February 22, 2023 to Monday, July 31, 2011 (must arrive by this date)

Send an e-mail with your postal code, address, name (furigana), date of birth, occupation or school name (faculty and grade), and telephone number to the address below.
5. Activities (tentative)
(1) Ceremony planning and operation: Planning of ceremony program and implementation
(2) Preparation of commemorative booklet
(3) Drafting of the “Hatachi no Oath” and declaration on the day of the ceremony
(4) Assistance in chairing the ceremony
(5) Participation in staff meetings (scheduled 2-3 times a month starting in August)
* Details will be decided during staff meetings.
6. Transportation and other expenses
Staff will be volunteers. Actual transportation expenses (within the city only) to attend staff meetings and prepare for the ceremony program will be covered.
