The 2nd Sports Event at Shiawase-no-Mura, including an Exercise and Play Program for Children

On March 26, a sports event for children and the elderly will be held at Shiawase-no-Mura in Kobe’s Kita Ward. will be held at the Village of Happiness in Kobe’s Kita Ward on March 26. The event is now accepting applications for participation.

The Village of Happiness is a vast 205-hectare site. The village is crowded with families and other visitors, with a trim park with a wide range of playground equipment, including field athletic equipment in a location that makes full use of nature, and an athletic facility called “Bokennomori,” where visitors wear special harnesses (safety equipment) and navigate through activities on rooftops over 5 meters high and among trees under their own power. Advance registration by phone or other means is required for participation, and applications will be closed when the number of participants reaches the limit. Participants will receive a half-price ticket for the Jungle Onsen, a hot spring health center located within the facility.
