The 50th Kobe Festival “Happi-Hiroba” will be held on May 27 at “Minatogawa Park”, “Shinkaichi Main Street” and “Metro+” in Hyogo Ward, Kobe City.
This event is held every year as the Hyogo Ward Festival of the Kobe Festival. The event has been postponed for three years in order to prevent the spread of the new coronavirus infection, but will now be held for the first time in four years.
This year marks not only the 90th anniversary of the establishment of Hyogo Ward, but also the 50th anniversary of the “Happii Hiroba” Kobe Festival. This year’s festival will feature a stage at Minatogawa Park, a Shinkaichi Parade by various groups, and the Metro Kobe Mindaori Nagashi by the Hyogo Ward United Women’s Association.
