Adjacent to Oji Zoo! Kobe Oji Pool, a popular community swimming pool

Kobe Oji Pool (Nada-ku, Kobe), adjacent to Oji Zoo, will open for the season on July 1 and will remain open until September 3. During this period, the pool will be open every day of the week.

Oji Pool is a popular facility with a 50-meter pool with nine certified courses, a 25-meter pool, and a toddler pool with depths ranging from 30 cm to 60 cm, and is used for a wide range of activities from water play using floatation devices to swimming practice. Last year and the year before, restrictions related to measures against new coronavirus infection were removed, and from this year, visitors are free to play.
Covered benches are provided on some of the poolside areas of the toddler pool, and manual inflatables are also available, making for a lively atmosphere every summer, especially with families. ＜A word from the reporter:
