On September 16, Machimarche Mikage will hold a “Sweets Workshop: ‘Fruit Parfaits Made with Seasonal Fruits’ by Chef Takasugi, a Kobe Meister.
At this event, participants can learn how to make a gorgeous parfait using figs and grapes produced in Kobe, which JA recommends, through hands-on training by Chef Takasugi, a Kobe Meister.
Chef Takasugi will teach you how to make parfait cream and fig confiture, and you will practice finishing the parfait with the help of the chef’s demonstration. The parfaits made during the hands-on training will be served while listening to the chef. A souvenir of the chef’s special baked sweets is included.

The morning course is open to pairs of one child under 6th grade and one adult, and the afternoon course is open to adults.
