For reservations, please contact your clinic or hospital after confirming the reservation method from the list of individual medical institutions for vaccination below.

Vaccination outside the city
Vaccination sites set up by Hyogo Prefecture
Takeda Vaccine (Novavax) vaccination sites set up by the prefecture are accepting reservations by phone for vaccinations starting in spring 2023 and the first dose (1st and 2nd doses).
Group vaccination sites
[Spring/Summer Vaccinations]
The group vaccination sites set up by Kobe City ended at the end of June.
Vaccinations are still available at medical institutions after July 1, so please use the nearest medical institution.
Fall & Winter Inoculation】
Group vaccination sites will be set up at five locations in the city.
Installation period: Wednesday, September 20 to Saturday, November 18 (tentative) Tuesday through Saturday (excluding national holidays)
Vaccination sites for those who need special consideration
Vaccination sites for persons with intellectual disabilities (holders of the Ryoiku Techo) and persons with mental disabilities (holders of Level 1 of the Mental Disability Health and Welfare Handbook) who have difficulty receiving the new corona vaccine at group vaccination sites and for their caregivers are Harborland Center Building 5F The vaccination center will be located on the 5th floor of the Harborland Center Building in Chuo Ward, Tokyo.
- Persons with dementia should make an appointment through their care manager.
Inoculation for bedridden elderly and disabled persons
A traveling vaccination team consisting of doctors and nurses will be dispatched to the homes of those who are bedridden and have difficulty getting around and cannot be vaccinated outside their homes without a house call by their primary physician.
