Sports events for children and adults to enjoy in Hiraiso area!

On October 14, “Tarumi Ward Citizens Sports Day” will be held in the Hiraiso area centering on Tarumi Gymnasium and Tarumi Sports Garden as an opportunity for people of all ages, from children to adults, to experience the fun of sports. Participation is free.

At Tarumi Gymnasium, the main venue, as part of PR for the “Kobe 2024 World Para Athletics Championships” to be held in 2024, there will be events where visitors can experience para-sports such as competitive wheelchairs, as well as familiar and new sports with the cooperation of local sports organizations active in Tarumi Ward. Advance registration is required for sports classes such as soccer (toddlers and elementary school students) and tennis (elementary and junior high school students), but there is also a ping-pong table that will be open free of charge for those who register on the day. A stamp rally will be held at the same time.
