On October 28, “HELLOWEEN mini CIRCUS” will be held at “Branch Kobe Gakuentoshi” (Tarumi Ward, Kobe City)! To the Forest Pavilion! will be held at “Branch Kobe Gakuentoshi” (Tarumi Ward, Kobe City) on October 28.
The “Branch Kobe Gakuentoshi,” built on the theme of a forest, will be named the “Forest House,” and a one-day-only small circus will be held by “forest residents (tenant owners and staff).
The day will feature a series of shows and performances by acrobats, balloonists, portrait artists, and magic tricks.
Also, this year the Halloween Parade returns for the first time in four years. Children in the sixth grade and younger are eligible to participate in the parade (must be accompanied by a parent or guardian), dressed in costumes of their choice (three times, each with a maximum of 20 people, on a first-come, first-served basis).
The parade will end with a rock-paper-scissors-scissors lottery with the participation of the performers.
Students from the Department of Tourism, Kansai International University, will be in charge of the event, and the university’s brass band will provide musical entertainment.
The organizers hope that visitors will enjoy the shows, performances, and ensembles that will be staged in the small pavilion.
