With so many administrative services available, there are people who do not know where to inquire or consult, or who do not realize they are eligible for such services in the first place. There are also those who do not have time to make inquiries or who feel uncomfortable making phone calls or meeting in person.
Therefore, we have launched the “Koko Narara Chat KOBE” service, which uses LINE to push information on government services to households raising children and answer their questions in an easy-to-understand manner, so that they can make proper use of support systems that meet their concerns and issues, and connect them with local and government support organizations as needed. Based on the information registered at the start of use, useful information on administrative services, etc. tailored to the needs of the user will be delivered.
Response to inquiries
A consultant with professional qualifications, such as a social worker, mental health worker, or certified psychologist, will respond to questions and consultations regarding the information delivered.
Target Audience
Households with children (including households with pregnant women) living in Kobe City
Available hours
Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. (excluding national holidays) *Messages are accepted 24 hours a day.
How to use the service
Add the official LINE account “Koko Naranara Chat KOBE” as a friend using the 2D code on the city’s homepage or flyers.
