With this, the popular product, which has been sold out since the opening of Tadadado’s main store in Mikage, can now be purchased nationwide. Those with milk, egg, or wheat allergies, gluten-free practitioners, and those who wish to avoid animal products can also enjoy the product.
Tata-do’s “raw rice bread” is a product made from rice that is slowly watered and mixed with a mixer, then fermented and baked with the addition of natural yeast. Organic brown rice is milled in the company’s kitchen each time it is used in production to ensure that it is used in its freshest state.
