The 107th Japan Athletics Championships, 20km Walk and other events will be held on the official course around Konan University on Rokko Island, Kobe City this year.

Walking is a sport that has been attracting a great deal of interest in recent years, with Japanese athletes winning medals at the Tokyo Olympics.
The Japan Athletics Championships 20km Walk has become a top-level event in Japan, with a number of new Japanese records being set in the men’s event in recent years.
This year’s event will also serve as a selection event for the Japanese national team for the Paris 2024 Olympic Games, and is expected to be a heated competition.
