On March 30, “Kobe Port Weekend Fireworks” will be held every other Saturday from April to June off Meriken Park, overlooking Kobe Port.
The event is organized by the “Kobe Minato no Yoru” Executive Committee, which also organizes the “Minato Hanabi: 5 Days of Kobe Colors” and the Kobe Light Festival “Meya Meya”. The group holds fireworks and illumination events to create a lively nighttime atmosphere in the port city of Kobe.
This event is held in the hope that people can enjoy fireworks at any time of the year. On the day of the event, a 5-minute fireworks display will brightly illuminate the night sky of Meriken Park, where landmarks such as the Port Tower, the Maritime Museum, and the “BE KOBE” monument are lit up.
< Comment from the person in charge>
The fireworks will be launched very close to Meriken Park, so it will be a very powerful event. For the latest information, please visit the official website of the “Kobe Minato no Yoru” Executive Committee.
