Kobe City: “The Seventh Kobe City Disability Welfare Plan and the Third Kobe City Welfare for Children with Disabilities

The City of Kobe has formulated the “Kobe City Disability Welfare Plan” based on the Comprehensive Support for Persons with Disabilities Act and the “Kobe City Disabled Children Welfare Plan” based on the Child Welfare Act in an integrated manner to provide the expected amount of specific services and measures to secure them.
We are pleased to announce that the “Seventh Kobe City Disability Welfare Plan and Third Kobe City Welfare Plan for Children with Disabilities,” which is the next phase of the plan, has been formulated.

Plan period:

3 years from FY2024 to FY2026
