The original pork steamed bun shop “Lao Shou Ki” in Nankinmachi, Kobe collaborates with restaurants in Kobe to develop original pork steamed buns in the “Dream Steamed Bun Project”.
This time, the third time, two types of “original pork buns” developed by students of the Kobe International Cooking and Confectionery College in collaboration with “M.C.C. Products”, a well-known retort-pouch curry maker, will be on sale for five days from April 17 at Lao Shoki’s sister store “Cao Jia Bakoukan” (Chuo-ku, Kobe City). A set of three (600 yen, tax included) of the two original pork buns and the original pork bun will be sold, and will end as soon as they are sold out each day.

100 Year Curry Pork Buns with Hyogo Basil
100 Year Curry Steamed Buns with Hyogo Basil Paste” is a product made with M.C.C. products’ signature “100 Year Old Beef Curry”. The special curry bean paste is flavored with Hyogo basil pesto and filled with lotus root which has a delightful crunchy texture.

Both dishes seem to have a punchy flavor. Last year’s pork bun in collaboration with Q.B.B. was also delicious, so we are looking forward to this year’s bun with high expectations.
