Fureai Chuo Carnival 2024″ will be held at Higashi Yuenchi (Chuo-ku, Kobe) on April 20. Admission is free.
The “Fureai Chuo Carnival” is held as a ward festival on the day before the Kobe Festival, Kobe’s representative citizen participation event. In addition to a stage with performances of various genres, bazaars, experience booths, and other programs, there will be a “KOBE Pork Bun Summit®” and other gourmet booths, as well as a photo spot at the Kobe Anpanman Children’s Museum & Mall where visitors can take commemorative photos.
Kamomen T-shirts featuring Kamomen, the ward mascot, will be on sale, and “Kamomen Gacha” will be offered to those who fulfill certain conditions.
In addition, visitors who fill out a web survey will receive a seedling of the petunia, a popular flower for beginners because it grows quickly and is hardy (up to the first 200 people to arrive).

This is an annual event where you can feel the excitement of Kobe at first hand. I personally love the warmth and enthusiasm of each community.
