On May 19, a commemorative lecture entitled “The Clear Mind of Kenta: What the Printmaker Kenta Engraved” will be held at Kasumijokan, featuring Yasumasa Oka, director of the Kobe Koiso Memorial Museum of Art and the Museum of Art in Relation to Kobe (50 first-come, first-served). The person in charge of the exhibition says, “This exhibition will focus on works depicting Tatsuno Castle Town and the surrounding area. We hope you will enjoy the scenery of the hometown painted with a focus on the hometown, its people and Harima’s festivals,” commented a representative of the exhibition.
<A word from the reporter>
Inui Tai is an artist with whom we are very familiar, as his works have been used on the packages of sweets of a local café, Satady Sun, and on the packages of Tatsuno Coffee. Why not take a new look at the scenery of Tatsuno City through Inui’s works?
