On May 11, “Tarumikkomatsuri 2024” will be held at “Maiko Park” in Tarumi Ward, Kobe City. Admission is free.
The event is held with the aim of providing a venue for a wide range of exchanges among ward residents. Maiko Park, the venue of the event, is lined with facilities such as the Akashi Kaikyo Bridge and the former residence of Yamaji Muto, and offers a beautiful view of the city.
On the day of the event, about 40 booths will be lined up selling food, beverages, and miscellaneous goods, as well as offering hands-on experience events. There will also be stage events by local groups, such as “kids’ dance” and “traditional performing arts.
