Hotel Plaza Kobe (Higashinada-ku, Kobe City) has newly opened “Sanrio Characters Rooms” in May in collaboration with seven popular Sanrio characters including “My Melody.

This collaboration features “My Melody,” a long-time favorite since her debut in 1975, and “Pochakko,” “Tuxedo Sam,” “Kerokeroppi,” “Bad Badtamaru,” “Hangyodon,” and “Peckle the Duck” from the six-member “Hapidanbuy” male unit, all of whom are full of individuality. The hotel has collaborated with “Tuxedo Sam,” “Kerokero Keroppi,” “Bad Badtz Maru,” “Hangyodon,” and “Peckle the Duck,” and each room has been designed exclusively for the hotel.

Each room is a twin room on the 12th floor and can accommodate up to four guests. The Hotel Plaza Kobe is the only hotel in Japan where the six male characters from “My Melody” and “Happidanbuy” have gathered, and guests can relax in rooms that match the concept of each.

The “My Melody Room,” one of the most popular rooms, is a spacious corner twin room of 43.7㎡. An illustration of My Melody wearing Hotel Plaza Kobe’s original wedding dress welcomes you.

This cute room is decorated with pastel pink ribbons, strawberries, and cute pearl accessories.

Hotel Plaza Kobe original goods of each character are also available, with a different design for each room theme. Guests can take home a limited-edition design as a souvenir of their stay.
