Karamiso Ramen Fukuro, which originated in Nagoya and has 34 branches nationwide, will hold the “Fukuro Birthday Festival” on June 7, 8, and 9. The stores in the prefecture are the Kobe Fukuyoshidai Store (Nishi-ku, Kobe City) and the Kakogawa Store (Kakogawa City).
During the festival, the restaurant will offer its signature “Karamiso Ramen” and “Karamiso Mazesoba” with a punchy miso sauce for only 500 yen including tax to those who register on line.
Karamiso Ramen is a popular ramen restaurant established in Nagoya on June 4, 2013, and its signature dish is “Karamiso Ramen,” a unique arrangement of Yamagata’s local ramen “spicy miso ramen. Karamiso Ramen is characterized by its chewy texture of special thick, wavy noodles and the exquisite blend of miso soup with a hint of seafood broth.
