The butter is made with a generous amount of strawberries, pure butter, raspberry pulp, and only a little sugar and lemon to accentuate its freshness, and is a product of craftsmanship (completely additive-free).
The “2nd Bread Seasoning Championship” was held on May 28 this year, and 50 “seasonings to make bread more delicious” were gathered from all over Japan. The highest gold award went to “Torotto Umami Shiitake Mushroom Tapenade” from Norte Karta Corporation (Akita Prefecture).
The judges commented on the “Strawberry Butter” saying, “The freshness of the strawberries matches the richness of the butter,” and “The raspberries are effective. It has a good balance of sourness and sweetness! It’s not too tart, and kids will love it. It is additive-free and safe.” “It has a luxurious yet nostalgic and gentle taste,” commented one customer.
