The oldest girls’ interscholastic school in England is now in Kobe! Rokkosan, Kobe, Japan

Ltd. (Osaka Prefecture) has announced that it has invited North London Collegiate School Kobe (NLCS Kobe), a British-style boarding school with integrated junior and senior high schools, to Kobe City and will open in September 2025. This is the first time for the school to open in Japan.

The school building is scheduled to be newly constructed in 2028 in the Rokko National Park (Nada-ku, Kobe), and until the school building is completed, the elementary and junior high schools will be opened at the “Asia One Center” on Rokko Island (Chuo-ku, Kobe).

I believe that this is a welcome development for parents who have grown tired of Japanese education alone and wish for their children to become active members of a global society. He expressed his hopes for the impact that the school’s attraction will have on Kobe’s future.
