On August 8, “Pau Pau Finne,” a restaurant specializing in egg toast, opened on the mountain side of Hankyu Rokko. It is a restaurant where you can enjoy a new sensation of egg toast with fluffy egg sandwiches, which is now very popular as breakfast in Korea.
The store is located along a bus route where many students heading to Kobe University and Kobe Shoin Women’s Gakuin University walk.
The new sensation of egg toast is a fast food originating from Korea, featuring sweet and fluffy tender eggs and crispy bacon sandwiched between buttery toast.
The filling is so generous that it almost overflows the bread. The square box makes it easy to hold, and its cute appearance is also attracting attention.
Another popular point is the wide variety of fillings and sauces. The current lineup includes 10 varieties, including the standard bacon cheese, garlic bacon cheese, bulgogi, and more. The drink menu also includes nine types of drinks, including coffee and Hawaiian soda.
The interior has a POP atmosphere with a yellow base color, reminiscent of an egg. It will be convenient for breakfast, café use, and many other occasions.

The hearty ingredients are so cute that they seem to jump out of the box! I am also curious about the difference in taste from Japanese egg toast.
