Keiyo Day Two to become DCM from September 1
DCM, a subsidiary of major home improvement retailer DCM Holdings, had announced that it would absorb Keiyo in September 2024, and as of September 1, 2024 (Sunday), the store names will be unified as “DCM XX stores”!
Thank you for your continued business.
Due to our company merger, we will change our store name from “Keiyo D2” to “DCM” effective September 1, 2024.
We look forward to your continued patronage. Before the change] [After the change] *September 1, 2024
Keiyo Day2 XX store ⇒ DCM XX store
The logo marks used for store signs and signs, etc. will be changed sequentially. DCM is unifying the store names of DCM Kama, DCM Daikin, DCM Homac, DCM Sanwa, and DCM Kuroganeya into “DCM” as of September 1, 2022 (Thursday). The logo mark is being changed from March for a period of about two years.
Currently, there are two DCM stores in Akashi City: the DCM Akashi store near Akashi Park and the Keiyo Day2 Akashi Okubo store in Nishiwaki, Okubo-cho.
Since construction work had not yet started at the Keiyo Day 2 Akashi Okubo store, it seems that the Keiyo Day 2 sign will remain for a while.
In the past, there was a DCM Daiki-Uozumi store in Nagasakadera, Uozumi-cho, but this store was closed as of Sunday, December 3, 2017, and Hello’s Uozumi store opened on the site on Friday, July 27, 2018!
