Kobe Rokko Meets Art 2024 beyond,” a guided tour of the contemporary art festival “Kobe Rokko Meets Art 2024 beyond” to be held on September 15, 29 and October 20 on the Rokko Mountain in Nada Ward, Kobe. Reservations required.
In addition to a tour of artworks exhibited on Mt. Rokko with commentary by the general director and curators, visitors can enjoy a special lunch at the “Rokko Silence Resort,” a famous building with a historic industrial heritage of modernization.
On the day of the tour, visitors will tour the main areas of “Kobe Rokko Meets Art” by bus and on foot. Art fans as well as those who feel that art is a bit difficult to understand will be able to fully enjoy the highlights of the artworks, behind-the-scenes stories about the installation of the artworks, and the charm of Mt.

On September 15 and 29, Kiyotaka Takamizawa, general director of Kobe Rokko Meets Art, which will be held for the 15th time this year, will serve as the curator since its inception, and on October 20, Eireina Washio, a curator who has been involved with Kobe Rokko Meets Art for five years, will serve as the guide.
Participation is open to junior high school students and older, and the fee is 5,000 yen per person. Applications are accepted from the official Kobe Rokko Meets Art website at least four days prior to each tour date.
