Enjoy “undersea aged wine” and hors d’oeuvres with “Minato HANABI

Felissimo’s urban winery “f winery” is offering a special plan to enjoy wine and hors d’oeuvres while viewing the “Minato HANABI” autumn fireworks display to be held in Kobe City for four days from October 21 to 24. Web reservations are now being accepted.

The plan allows guests to watch the autumn fireworks from the balcony on the top eight floors of Stage Felissimo, which is normally inaccessible, with the night view of Kobe spread out before their eyes.

On the day of the event, visitors can tour the winery on the first floor of the building. Keio Nakamura, a sommelier at f winery, will explain about the wines and compare four different wines brewed at the winery.

This year’s event will also feature a special appearance of “submarine-aged wine,” which was aged by submerging wine at the tip of the No. 1 jetty of the Port of Kobe. The wine, which has been submerged at the bottom of the sea for about 13 months, is said to have been aged by the fluctuation of the sea, resulting in a mellow taste. Only a limited number of bottles of this precious item will be available.

When comparing the wines, you can enjoy the marriage with a total of 7 various hors d’oeuvres such as “Special Mini Hamburger” and “Scallops with Bourguignon Butter Sauce” (the contents may change depending on the availability of the wine).

The bottle of wine is “omakase,” so it is up to you to decide what you would like to drink.

Participants will also receive an original “f winery” bottle bag (1,870 yen value including tax) and a bottle of “f winery” wine (750 ml, 3,520 yen value including tax) as a souvenir.
