The City of Kobe has established four consultation offices for the establishment and operation of NPOs, including changes to the articles of incorporation. NPOs in the city with a wealth of consultation experience are available. Before starting the application process, please consult with the following consultation counter first.
(Note: Even if you consult with the consultation counter, it does not necessarily mean that your application documents will be accepted and certified by City Hall. The City Hall office will accept the application after checking the contents of the submitted application documents, and after the documents have been available for public inspection for two weeks, a decision on certification or non-certification will be made after a review process.
Appointments are required in advance, so please be sure to make an appointment before visiting.
East Block
Nonprofit Community Support Center Kobe
Main service area*: Higashinada and Nada wards
Opening hours: Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 10:00 am to 3:00 pm (excluding national holidays)
Reservation hours: Weekdays from 10:00 am to 3:00 pm
However, Monday, August 12, 2024 to Friday, August 16, 2024, Saturday, December 28 through Saturday, January 4 of the following year are excluded.
*Areas where consultation services, information sessions, and consultation meetings will be held. The consultation does not exclude consultations from NPOs and other organizations in other blocks.
