Kanetetsu Delicatessen Foods has built the “Almost Crab Shrine” on the premises of its head office in Higashinada-ku, Kobe City.
The shrine was built on April 1 this year to commemorate the 10th anniversary of the release of “Almost Crab®” by Kanetetsu Delicatessen Foods. Many people visit the shrine every day as a “holy place for almost” that grants wishes for victory, dreams, and a good marriage, and the red seal and omikuji were created in response to many requests.
Red seal set for “Almost Crab Shrine” 300 yen (tax included)
The red seal features the “crab claw,” a symbol of strength and protection, as the Tomoe crest. The crab claw design is said to be a symbol of the desire to purify the body and mind from evil and to bring health and happiness to all who visit the shrine and receive the blessings of “Almost”.
Omikuji are sold at capsule machines in the form of “fortune-testing gacha. Almost Crab Claw Amulet” is also enclosed with the fortune. The omikuji contains a fortune from “Almost Crab”, the god of the “Almost Crab Shrine”.
The person in charge said, “I was surprised at the omikuji’s content. The red seal set is a set of red seals that incorporates seriousness. If you are at all interested in Kanetetsu’s efforts, please visit us! he commented.
<A word from the reporter:
I couldn’t help but smile when I saw the picture with “Almost Great Luck” written on it♪ The omikuji with good luck charms are cute and I’m sure I’ll want to collect them.
