The 8th Kobe Bread Festival,” a gathering of famous bakeries in Hyogo Prefecture, will be held on November 2 at the Space Theater in Kobe Harborland (Chuo Ward, Kobe City). Admission is free.
On the day, famous bakeries in Kobe and other prefectures will sell popular breads and event-exclusive breads using ingredients from Hyogo Prefecture. There will be a coffee drink corner and a rest area at the venue, where visitors can taste the bread they buy on the spot.
There will also be a “fun rattle raffle” with no prizes left unclaimed. The first prize is an Aladdin toaster. One raffle ticket will be distributed per store upon purchase of bread at the venue on the day of the event. The lottery will end when all the prizes are gone.
Other events include a “parent-child bread-fishing contest” open only to parents and children, and an exhibition and sale of “Pumpshade,” a lamp made from real bread, and artwork by Kwansei Gakuin University students.

I’m curious about the event’s limited-edition bread made with ingredients from Hyogo Prefecture that will be available for sale! The bread artwork and raffle drawings are also noteworthy♪
