Purpose and Objectives of the Public Solicitation
Rokko Island Marine Park will be redeveloped because more than 30 years have passed since its opening and the park as a whole has become decrepit. The park will be redeveloped by adding a new waterfront area, grass plaza, and fishing zone to further enhance the park’s liveliness.
In order to grasp the feasibility of the new fishing zone, we are inviting applications from a wide range of businesses that will manage and operate the fishing zone as a demonstration project.
