On December 7, Kobe Seabus boh boh KOBE will hold a special event “Meat Cuisine Kanae Cruise – Kappo only available at boh boh KOBE for one night only”. Advance reservations are required and will be closed when capacity is reached.
This is a special cruise to enjoy meat dishes provided by the popular Kyoto restaurant “Meat Cuisine Kanae” together with the night view of the Port of Kobe and fireworks, and will be held for the second time following last summer.
Meat Cuisine Kanae opened in Kyoto in 2018 and is famous for its difficulty in making reservations. The meat dishes prepared by the owner, Ryo Kitaguchi, use carefully selected Japanese beef and feature techniques that maximize the flavor of each part of the beef using different cooking methods, and are so highly regarded that fans seeking delicious meat dishes visit from all over Japan.
On the day of the cruise, the boat departs at 5:30 p.m., and from 6:00 p.m., you can get a close-up view of the weekend’s annual weekend fireworks display at the Port of Kobe.

Served on board will be a variety of sumptuous dishes using fresh Japanese beef carefully selected by “Meat Cuisine Kanae”. The three-tiered assortment will include homemade pao wrapped in stewed tongue, fried spring rolls, surimi of sirloin and beets, and other elaborate and special dishes.

This special cruise is now accepting reservations on a first-come, first-served basis for those who wish to spend a luxurious time enjoying fireworks over the Port of Kobe from the ship, along with superb meat grilled on board and delicacies made from Kyoto’s specialty products.
