The “Extreme Dinner Buffet – Crab x Meat x Strawberry Dessert” is being held at “Buffet Restaurant SORA” at Hotel Plaza Kobe (Higashinada-ku, Kobe City) on Rokko Island until March 2.
The price is 6,000 yen for adults and 2,500 yen for elementary school students (both including tax and service charge), and children under elementary school age are free. In addition to about 60 dishes, visitors can enjoy all-you-can-eat snow crab, a delicacy of winter, for an additional 1,000 yen (tax included).
The snow crab served in the tower can be tasted boiled to accentuate its sweetness, and other cold and hot dishes using meat and fish are also available, such as beef steak, grilled pork, fugu fritters, and tomato cream gratin with seafood.
For dessert, the restaurant offers a wide variety of lovely-looking items such as shortcakes, roll cakes, baked tarts, and mousses made with juicy strawberries.
All seats in the restaurant face the window, creating an open space where you can enjoy the view of Kobe’s port city through the large windows, so you can fully enjoy seasonal dishes along with the attractive night view.
