In commemoration of the opening of the "Elmer's Adventure" exhibition at the Akashi City Museum of Culture, a "Elmer's Adventure" panel exhibition will be held at Children's Book Forest Kobe (Chuo-ku, Kobe City) from April 2.

SLAPSLIP, a children's apparel company from Kobe, Japan, will start selling items in collaboration with the picture book "The Hungry Catapillar" on March 14.

Kobe City has established the "Kobe City Disability Welfare Plan" based on the Comprehensive Support for Persons with Disabilities Act and the "Kobe City Welfare Plan for Children with Disabilities" based on the Child Welfare Act.

In addition to providing emergency medical care for children on holidays and at night, the city has established the Kobe Children's Early Emergency Medical Center (Chuo Ward) and the Kobe Children's Early Emergency Medical Center (Nishi Ward) to reduce the burden on secondary emergency medical institutions.

The Transportation Bureau, in collaboration with students studying tourism at Otemae University, has created a map that allows visitors to discover the charms of the city of Kobe in the area around Shin-Nagata, Komagabayashi, and Karimo Stations on the subway Kaigan Line.
