Rokko Island

The 23rd Rokko Island Tulip Festival, a popular event held annually during this season, will be held at "Rokko Island" (Higashinada-ku, Kobe) from March 20. The period is until April 7.

Marine Park, as a symbolic green space representing Rokko Island, constitutes a part of City Hill, which surrounds the residential area from the seaside, and is a place for local residents to walk, run, and relax.

KOBE SUPER STADIUM, a large-scale sports entertainment facility, will open on the 8th floor of ROKKO i PARK, a commercial complex scheduled to open on March 1 on Rokko Island (Higashinada-ku, Kobe City).

The 107th Japan Association of Athletics Federations (JAAF) will hold the 107th Japan Athletics Championships in Kobe on the official course around Konan University on Rokko Island, Kobe City, this year as well.
