The 9th Nitten (5 sections: Japanese-style painting, Western-style painting, sculpture, crafts, and calligraphy) will be held at the National Art Center, Tokyo in November, followed by a tour of Kyoto, Nagoya, Kobe, and Toyama. This will be the first time in 54 years that the traveling exhibition will be held in Kobe. In addition to the basic works from the Tokyo exhibition, works by artists from Hyogo, Osaka, Nara, and Wakayama will be exhibited.
