In addition to using carbon-neutral city gas, the brewery reduces energy consumption in the rice milling process by reducing the amount of rice polished. The company also aims to reduce the environmental impact of the rice milling process by reducing the amount of energy used in the milling process by reducing the polishing of the rice. They are also making efforts to reduce environmental impact by using “ecology” bottles, in which the product label is eliminated and the design is printed directly on the bottle.
The product will go on sale at Kobe Shu-shin-kan’s sales outlet “Kuragen Shop Tomeikura” from October 20, and will be available for pre-sale at the online store “e-Shop Shu-shin-kan” from October 18! They will also be sold to department stores and liquor stores in the future.
