boh boh KOBE, a cruise ship operated by Kobe Seabus (Chuo-ku, Kobe City), will hold a Valentine’s Day and White Day event, “Sailing to Chocolay Island! Valentine’s Day and White Day Cruise” has been held since February 10 and will last until March 14.
During the 60-minute cruise to the virtual “Chocolate Island,” passengers can enjoy a quiz rally related to Valentine’s Day, limited-edition sweets, and other chocolate-related activities.
The cruise is an industry-academia collaboration project with students of the Visual Design Department of Kobe Design University, and the highlight of the cruise is the “Chocolate Island boh boh!
There are two difficulty levels to choose from: bitter (for adults) and white (for elementary school students), and those who give the correct answer to the crew will receive a wonderful present!
The price of the collaboration set is 2,500 yen (tax included)
Also available is a collaboration set that includes a gâteau chocolat (mon copain) from “Patisserie Montpreux,” a leading confectionery store in Kobe, and the popular Marine Bear strap from the same ship!
The product is sold in a cute package designed by students of Kobe Design University.
During the period, the ship’s cafeteria offers Valentine’s Day and White Day limited edition sweets such as “Chocolay Island Cupcakes” inspired by the boh boh KOBE’s landing on Chocolay Island and “boh boh Fritz with Chocolate” with its addictive sweet and spicy taste. <A word from the reporter>
