From April 25, "BB Plaza Museum of Art" (Nada-ku, Kobe) will hold a collection exhibition, "Concerto Exhibition of Eastern and Western Artists with New Collections - Yoshiro Amiya in the 100th Year of His Birth".

On April 8 and 9, a two-day screening of a film documenting the construction of the Akashi Kaikyo Bridge will be held at the Hashi no Kagakukan in Tarumi Ward, Kobe City. This screening will be held at Kobe Awaji Naruto

On April 16, a craft event "Let's make Koinobori (carp streamers)" will be held at Suma Seaside Aquarium in Suma Ward, Kobe City. This is an annual event held by the park before Dragon Boat Festival.

From April 1, the "Kaigan Line Free Pass for Junior High School Students and Under" will be available for free unlimited rides on the Kaigan Line subway line until March 31, 2024. The Kaigan Line starts from Shin-Nagata Station.

On April 22, an event "Let's make a digital picture-story show that makes you laugh together" will be held at "Kodomo no Hon no Mori Kobe" in Chuo-ku, Kobe City. Reservations are required in advance and must be made by 4:00 p.m. on the day of the event.

The annual "Azalea Festival" will be held at Kobe Municipal Sorakuen from April 22 to May 7. 4,000 azaleas will be in bloom from late April to early May, and the garden will be decorated with azalea blossoms.

The Hakutsuru Museum of Art (Higashinada-ku, Kobe) de has a collection of more than 1,450 works of art, mainly Japanese and Oriental antiques, including two national treasures (75 pieces) and 22 important cultural properties (39 pieces).

On April 29, Kobe Art Village Center, a cultural art facility in Hyogo Ward, Kobe City, will be reopened under the new name "Shinkaichi Art Plaza," and will be open to the public.
