The City of Kobe has started to study a new “Comprehensive Basic Plan” to create a future vision and direction for the city. This year, for the first time in about 30 years, the city is considering the “basic philosophy (basic concept) of the city” that it would like to weave into the future, and is promoting various projects to obtain the opinions of citizens.
What is “TALKING CIRCLE KOBE”?
Kobe is the place to be! or “Wouldn’t Kobe be more interesting if it were more like this?
This is a workshop to think about the future of Kobe with your thoughts and ideas.
Why don’t you visit characteristic spots around the city and talk about the unique charms of Kobe and what you would like to do in the future Kobe? You are welcome to participate by yourself or with your friends!
This time, we would like to inform you of the workshop to be held at “Shu-shin-kan” in Higashinada Ward, the first of the 10 locations!
