Based on the needs of students and parents, Kobe City has been working toward the early realization of hot school lunches for all students based on the “Basic Policy for the Transition to a School Lunch System for All Junior High School Students” established in September 2021.
We are pleased to announce that the citywide school lunch provision system and schedule have now been decided.

3. School lunch content when all students receive meals

- The Board of Education prepares menus to provide the nutritional balance necessary for junior high school students.
- （The Kobe City School Meal Service Association procures all ingredients.
(3) Food allergy support
- Egg-free meals are provided as in elementary schools.
