Kobe City: Call for ESCO project contractors for Higashinada Ward Cultural Center and three other facilities

With the aim of promoting energy-saving renovation, efficient reduction of utility costs, and reduction of environmental impact by utilizing private funds and know-how, the Higashinada Ward Cultural Center and three other facilities (Higashinada Ward Cultural Center, Nada Kumin Hall, Kita Ward Cultural Center The project proposal is to introduce an ESCO (Energy Service Company) project at the Higashinada Ward Cultural Center and three other facilities (Higashinada Ward Cultural Center, Nada Kumin Hall, Kita Ward Cultural Center, and Nishi Ward Cultural Center).

Outline of the Project

(1) Contract Method Shared Savings Contract (private fund utilization type)
(2) Service Period Period of business proposal from April 1, 2025 (maximum 15 years)
(3) Project Location
– Higashinada Ward Cultural Center (5-1-16 Sumiyoshihigashimachi, Higashinada Ward)
– Nada Kumin Hall (1-1-1 Kishiji-dori, Nada Ward)
– Kita Ward Cultural Center Suzuran
Nishi Ward Cultural Center (5-6-1 Koji-dai, Nishi Ward)
