The City of Kobe has established a Municipal Housing Community Center as a necessary facility for the common welfare of municipal housing residents. It is being used by local residents as a familiar activity center for the entire community. In order to address issues such as the declining birthrate and aging population of the residents, and to revitalize the local community, the city is now accepting applications from business operators, etc., who will manage and operate the dormant meeting halls on behalf of the residents, etc., while utilizing them as activity centers for businesses, etc., which have become difficult for the residents, etc. to manage and operate.
Municipal housing meeting halls to be recruited
(1) Fukae Kita No.3 Residence Meeting House (Higashinada-ku, Tokyo)
(2) Luzefir Nakamichi Residence Dormitory (Hyogo-ku, Hyogo)
(3) Silver Heights Nagata Kita Residence Dormitory (Nagata-ku, Tokyo)
(4) Kariguchi No.2 Residence Meeting House (Tarumi Ward, Tokyo)
(5) Nishi-Maiko Residence Meeting House (Tarumi Ward, Tokyo)
2. Application requirements, etc. (*Individuals are not eligible to apply.)
Social welfare corporations, medical corporations, general incorporated associations (foundations), etc. that meet the conditions, etc., specified in the application guidelines.
(1) The purpose of establishing a municipal housing meeting place is to ensure the smooth operation of municipal housing management and to promote interaction among municipal housing residents and local residents. Specifically, at least once a month, in addition to the projects proposed by the operator, etc., the meeting place shall provide a place where the residents, etc. can spend a fulfilling and enjoyable time living in the community, such as exchange, health promotion, shopping support, etc.
(2) Daily maintenance and management of the meeting place, as well as renting out and coordinating the meeting room.
(3) To be closely connected to the community and to build good relationships.

3. Rental fee
Free * Utilities, utilities, refurbishment and repair of the meeting place, etc. are to be borne by the business utilizing the space, etc.
4. Acceptance period
From Monday, December 11, 2023 (9:00 a.m.) to Wednesday, December 27, 2023 (5:00 p.m.)
