(Reference) About flights in densely populated areas
Flying a drone in a densely populated area (DID area) is considered a specified flight and requires prior application to the Civil Aviation Bureau of the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism for flight permission approval. The line drone system being tested is a two-point mooring system that connects the rooftop to the ground, and because it ensures safety, drones can be used in densely populated areas without having to apply for a flight permit.
