Kobe City: “Planning for Citizen Participatory Contests, etc., Related to the Formulation of the Comprehensive Basic Plan

The City of Kobe has issued a call for proposals for the selection of an entity to be entrusted with the “Planning and Operation of Citizen Participatory Contests, etc. for the Formulation of Kobe City Comprehensive Basic Plan”.
As a result of the selection by the Proposal Review Committee, we are pleased to announce that we have selected a candidate for consignment.

The “Next Comprehensive Basic Plan Formulation Project” has been underway since FY2023 in preparation for the formulation of the city’s Comprehensive Basic Plan (basic concept, basic plan, and implementation plan), which will be revised at the end of FY2025.
This project will hold a citizens’ participation contest with a mechanism that many citizens, out-of-town residents, and companies will want to participate in. The works depicting a vision of Kobe’s future will be collected. 2. The following companies are

3. Reasons for selection

As a result, the business operator that received an excellent evaluation was selected as a candidate for consignment.

From the date of contract conclusion to Monday, March 31, 2025

5. Estimated contract amount

: 6,500,000 yen (including consumption tax and local consumption tax)
